I have encountered a bug where Power Options cannot be changed when signing in to a computer via Remote Desktop. When accessing the options it says that they are controlled via Group Policy, yet this machine is not on a domain and nothing has been set in the Local Policies. If I logon to the machine directly using the same account the options are available to me and I can change them. The account is a member of the Administrators Group.
